A new place to eat will soon be in the Town Square. Clean Eats, owned an operated by restaurant entrepreneur Rhonda White and her daughter, Tori Aten, is scheduled to open its doors around the middle of October. The eatery will operate out of the current Central Cafe’.
Clean Eats specializes in whole foods, clean eating, and made from scratch! “Everything we’re doing, we’re doing by hand,” White said. “The day you come in, the vegetables are going to be chopped that morning. So, there’s an element of freshness to the food that you’re going to be eating and it’s going to make you feel good. It’s clean-eating food.”
The restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch, Tuesday through Saturday. Special events and gatherings can be booked in the evenings. “We are also working on a catering menu which can help out local businesses during meetings, after-hour gatherings, weddings, church gatherings, etc,” says White.
